Hello!
I’m Jessica (Shuqing) Huang, a first-generation graphic designer from NYC. As a designer, my process is informed by my fine arts background and my appreciation of the ordinary— in my daily life and in my endeavors in art, I strive to see everyday objects and things beyond the meanings we’ve constructed for them. This purposeful seeing left me with a dual appreciation for the practical function and aesthetics of design, which drew me into the field.
From my experiences with art and design, I learned to unite the freeform and hands-on thinking of fine arts with the structured disciplines of design planning, which is my greatest strength as a graphic designer. The growth of a designer never stops; I look forward to exploring new ways of evolving my visual style.
